Our team

I started as CEO of KH Group on 19 September 2025. Prior to my current position I served as CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance Company and as member of the Board of Directors of KH Group.

I have graduated as an M.Sc. in Economics from Hanken School of Economics and worked in leadership roles at Accenture and bioenergy company Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group, and as Member of the Finnish Parliament, Finland’s Minister of Defence and Member of the European Parliament.

I started as CFO of KH Group on 1 June 2024. Previously I  worked as Investment Director of the company executing transactions and development projects of the business areas in line with the Group’s strategy. Before joining KH Group and the private equity investment company Sievi Capital, I worked on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in investment banks in both Finland and the UK. I have an M.Sc. in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University) and a CEMS MIM degree, which included studies at the London School of Economics. I have also completed the CFA exam.

In my free time, I enjoy running and spending time in nature with our dog. In addition, projects related to home renovation and gardening in the summer keep my mind refreshed.

I have solid experience as executive assistant to senior management. I joined KH Group’s predecessor Sievi Capital Plc’s team in autumn 2019. Getting acquainted with a private equity investment company’s strategic views and supporting a competent team have offered challenging and diverse tasks. I have had the opportunity to familiarise myself with the rules of investor communications and the multidisciplinary business world of our target companies, as well as to implement the journey of transformation with our new strategy, which I am looking forward to advancing.

In my free time, I go to yoga and dance classes and tend to my home garden. Peaceful forest walks with my dog also provide a relaxing counterbalance to dynamic working days.
