ManagementThe management of the company consists of a CEO and a CFO. The CEO manages and supervises the company’s business operations according to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions and authorisations issued by the Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for the financial reporting process and supports the CEO in the management of the company’s business operations. Carl Haglund CEO Carl Haglund (b. 1979. M. Sc., Econ.) was appointed CEO of KH Group Plc on 19 September 2025. Previously he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of KH Group and as Chair of the Board of Directors of Nordic Rescue Group Oy, a subsidiary of KH Group. Haglund will step down from the Board of KH Group but will continue as Chair of Nordic Rescue Group. Haglund has served as CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance Company during 2021–2025 and prior to that, among other things, in senior leadership roles at Accenture and bioenergy company Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group, and as Member of the Finnish Parliament, Finland’s Minister of Defence and Member of the European Parliament. Tommi Rötkin CFO Tommi Rötkin (born 1984, M.Sc., Econ.) was appointed CFO of KH Group Plc on 1 June 2024. Previously he worked as Investment Director of the company executing transactions and development projects of the business areas in line with the Group’s strategy. Before joining KH Group, he worked on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions in investment banks.
