ManagementThe management of the company consists of a CEO and a CFO. The CEO manages and supervises the company’s business operations according to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions and authorisations issued by the Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for the financial reporting process and supports the CEO in the management of the company’s business operations. Carl Haglund CEO Carl Haglund (b. 1979. M. Sc., Econ.) was appointed CEO of KH Group Plc on 19 September 2025. Previously he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of KH Group and as Chair of the Board of Directors of Nordic Rescue Group Oy, a subsidiary of KH Group. Haglund will step down from the Board of KH Group but will continue as Chair of Nordic Rescue Group. Haglund has served as CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance Company during 2021–2025 and prior to that, among other things, in senior leadership roles at Accenture and bioenergy company Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group, and as Member of the Finnish Parliament, Finland’s Minister of Defence and Member of the European Parliament. Pekka Raatikainen CFO Pekka Raatikainen (b. 1969, M.Sc., Econ.) started as Interim CFO of KH Group on 1 June 2026. He has served as CFO at several Finnish listed and family-owned companies from 2006 to 2025, most recently at Fibox Group and Relais Group, and prior to that at Kemppi Group, Revenio Group and Oral Hammaslääkärit. From 1993 to 2006 he held several financial management positions at Elisa and Kesko Group. He has worked in interim management assignments since 2025.
