ManagementThe management of the company consists of a CEO and a CFO. The CEO manages and supervises the company’s business operations according to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions and authorisations issued by the Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for the financial reporting process and supports the CEO in the management of the company’s business operations. Lauri Veijalainen CEO Lauri Veijalainen (born 1968, B.Sc., MBA) was appointed CEO of KH Group Plc as of 1 August 2023. He has versatile experience from executive positions in public listed companies and has acted as the Group CEO of Stockmann Plc as well as CFO of Skanska and IKEA. From 2019 Lauri has held the position of CEO at East Office of Finnish Industries. Ville Nikulainen CFO Ville Nikulainen (born 1970, M.Sc., Econ.) was appointed CFO of KH Group Plc on 1 September 2023. He has extensive experience from financial, managerial, and board of director duties including serving as the CFO of Mint of Finland Ltd. and Assebmblin Oy, as well as other financial management duties at Stora Enso Oyj and Uponor Corporation.
