The corporate governance of KH Group complies with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and other laws and regulations governing the Company. In addition, the Company complies with the Corporate Governance Code of Finnish listed companies issued by the Securities Market Association 1 January 2020.
