Auditor

The articles of association state that KH Group plc shall have one auditing firm as its statutory auditor with an Authorised Public Accountant as a responsible auditor. The Auditor is elected for a single term, which terminates at the end of the Annual General Meeting following the election.

Company’s current auditor is Ernst & Young Oy, with Timo Eerola, APA, as the responsible auditor.
