Management

The management of the company consists of a CEO and a CFO. The CEO manages and supervises the company’s business operations according to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions and authorisations issued by the Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for the financial reporting process and supports the CEO in the management of the company’s business operations.

CEO

Ville Nikulainen (born 1970, M.Sc., Econ.) was appointed CEO of KH Group Plc on 1 June 2024.  He has extensive experience from financial, managerial, and board of director duties including serving as the CFO of Mint of Finland Ltd. and Assebmblin Oy, as well as other financial management duties at Stora Enso Oyj and Uponor Corporation.

CFO

Tommi Rötkin (born 1984, M.Sc., Econ.) was appointed CFO of KH Group Plc on 1 June 2024.  Previously he worked as Investment Director of the company executing transactions and development projects of the business areas in line with the Group’s strategy. Before joining KH Group, he worked on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions in investment banks.
